Elvis Rose

$1200 -  36 x 30 original oil painting on rolled canvas see detailed statement below regarding this painting

This original painting was created for the serious Elvis Presley Collector. You will not find another image of Elvis in this setting anywhere.

Stepping back in time to July 1955, Elvis appears outside Sun Records just after a recording session holding his famous Martin D-28 Guitar.

Elvis' first 1954 Cadillac burnt up accidentally, after which Elvis purchased a brand new 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 60. The Original color was powder blue with a black roof which Elvis had re-painted a custom pink by his neighbor who dubbed it ‘Elvis Rose’. The infamous pink and black Cadillac depicted in my painting is rarely seen

in any photos. Shortly after an accident in 1956, the original black color roof was repainted white. Ironically it's the same exact car on display at Graceland today.
